A plain statement of what we collect, where it goes, and how to reach us about a concern.
What We Collect and Where It Goes
- ✓ Website forms. The contact form and the free-resources form collect your name, email, and the message or selections you enter. Submissions are delivered to our monitored business inbox and stored in our records so we can reply and keep a history of the conversation.
- ✓ Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- ✓ Document preparation. Information you provide for a document package or consult is used only to prepare your documents and answer you. We do not ask for account passwords or online banking credentials, ever.
- ✓ Hosting. This site is served over HTTPS by a third-party cloud host. Encryption in transit is standard on every page.
We do not sell your information. Details on your rights and on retention are in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you find a problem with this site, tell us. Email Office@fawrlt.org with a description and the steps to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report and work with you to resolve it before any public disclosure. Please do not access or modify anyone else's information as part of your research.
